Product Description This is Texas' answer to a New York cheesecake. We loved their cheesecake, but they forgot the chocolate. So, we improvised, adding an abundance of rich chocolate chips throughout the cheesecake and setting the whole cake into a chocolate crust. Now there's a compromise we can all live with.
